• Please return the attached Artist Exhibition Agreement with a photograph(s) of the selected piece(s) via email by May 1, 2026. If you are changing any of your information from the EntryThingy site (such as price), email the gallery directly and immediately as we take all the label information for the show from your digital submission on EntryThingy. The gallery will send a follow-up form confirming artwork information; be on the lookout for this email.

• Preparing Your Print for Exhibition

We require ready-to-install framed or mounted artwork. All framed images must be glazed with acrylic (plexiglass). Glass is not allowed. Unframed work will not be displayed (other than pieces mounted or printed directly onto metal, dibond or some other substrate, as long as they have a cleat or hanging apparatus on the verso).  A sturdy and conventional wire hanging system is required. Please no sawtooth hangers! Sculptural works will be displayed on a pedestal, so no hanging apparatus required.

Please include your complete name, title, date, medium (inkjet, silver gelatin, platinum, etc) and sales price. Art/Space 114 retains 40% of any work sold in the gallery.
